Application
I have made my code into a powerpoint with button. It shows exactly how my concept would work if it was really on the front of a refrigerator.

With different backgrounds
Out of all these patterns I like the bottom one. It is simple and doesnt take your eye away from the wheel. The middle two are to full on and distracting. So I will now make the bottom pattern in 3 other colours.
Am going to add background
Have decided I am going to add a background in. Just to add a bit more detail. I am going to code a simple pattern that is a different colour for each category. Will use either lines, rectangles or ellipses.
Change
Showing changes over time. I like the colours blue and green together. They stand out but not to much. I have kept it as the more a product runs out and space on the wheel gets closer to the outside. I know it doesnt seem logic but it draws the viewers eye to it. Instead of having it the other way around.
Separate Category
Original design of separate category. It shows what each product it but looks very plan and boring. Am going to improve it a lot.
Background grid
Putting a background wheel with everything at 100% allows the viewer to see how much is left of the product.
Make it more real and easy to read.
Using illustrator and photoshop I am now going to use that code and convert it into something that will look both appealing and also be informative. I am planning on adding logos etc to symbolize each food group and also adding in pages where one can view just each food group at once.
Three lots of Data
Showing change
To show change happening as food products run out I will change the imput data. This will allow us to see have the application could actually look as it changes over time on the front of a fridge.

Data to code
Have managed to convert my data into this graph. My goal from here is to make it more visually appealing and she how far I can take it. Each section represents one food item.
